Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. We will make every reasonable effort to attend at the scheduled time.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown before you confirm your booking. Payment terms are presented at checkout. Additional charges may apply for extra services requested on the day.

Cancellations & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking subject to reasonable notice. Specific notice periods and any applicable fees will be shown at the time of booking.

Liability

Any concerns about a completed clean should be raised with us promptly so we can put things right.
